Brendan, I agree with the comments you make. the show is designed to put yourself out there and show, sell, communicate yourself to other recruiters and compare ideas. Its not the today show. Since the audience does participate there are going to be wild moments or questions. The problem that most face is not listening to the show before hand so you know what to expect. The only common thread IMO is and will always be communication. In order to present we need to do research, and be prepared in all that we do.
