    Thanks for helping me make my decision about whether or not to move forward with a candidate. Your comments could not have come at a better time! I was under a tremendous amount of pressure to add to our team, but I also know that I would be back-filling the role in a few months. It’s better if we slow down on the hiring process and identify the RIGHT person.

    Keep blogging to keep me honest :).
