“I don’t have time.”

How many times a day do we hear someone say this about doing something we think is important? Or, worse yet, how many times do you say it?

The reality is this – we all get the same 24 hours in a day. No one gets more, no one gets less. How we choose to spend that time is the clearest indicator of what is most important to us. I’ll say it again, because it is an undeniable truth. The way in which we spend our 24 hours is how we tell others what’s really important to us.

So, when we hear “I don’t have time,” we are really hearing “I have other things to do that are more important.”

We all get the same amount of time. Take ownership of how you chose to spend yours.
